In this video I will share concepts that writers need to know and understand prior to their book launch to ensure that it is successful.
Book Marketing 101 Setting Up A Successful Book Launch
Here are the three book marketing 101 setting up tips I share in the above video.
1.) There is no one size fits all for book marketing. When creating your book marketing plan, remember to always incorporate book marketing concepts that work best for your particular book, comfort level, and time constraints.
2.) Don’t feel like you have to be on every social media site. A lot of authors feel overwhelmed with the idea of social media, and understandably so. Choose one or two social media sites that you can successfully book market on. Once you begin to get a following on a site, make sure to engage with your target audience regularly!
3.) Slow and steady wins the race. Don’t become discouraged if you don’t see instantaneous success, especially if you are new to book marketing. Remember to analyze your book marketing strategy and measure what’s working well and what’s not. When you find that a certain book marketing concept works well for your book, expound on that with similar book marketing techniques.
